The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom The Tadarok Shrine Puzzle is one of the most confusing in the game. Not only is it hard to find, but you’ll need to use your abilities to get through the Fire and Water puzzles. Here’s how to complete the Tadarok Sanctuary puzzle.
How to solve the Tadarok shrine puzzle in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom’s Tadarok Sanctuary is located in the Great Plateau region. It is located near the River of the Dead and is hidden behind a waterfall.
As you make your way to the location marked on the map above, you will see a large waterfall that flows into a huge body of water called the River of the Dead. You will need to climb to the top of the mountain and then jump on a paraglider.
Once in the air, glide through the waterfall. At the bottom you will find a ledge to land on. Once you land, turn left and go through the cave until you come across the Tadarok Shrine. Once inside, you’ll need to go through Fire and Water puzzles. Fortunately, they are not too complicated.
For the first puzzle, use your own Ultrahand ability to pick up the cube to your right and place it in the water. Just jump on the cube to get to the other side to avoid being electrocuted.
Once across, use the Ultra Arm to get a cube out of the water and use it to block the flames on the left. This will allow the ice cube to fall down. Be sure to take a full cube, not a partially melted one.
Grab the Ultrahand Ice Cube and bring it to the back left corner to get the hidden one breast. Use the cube to jump onto the ledge and open the chest to get the powerful Zonaite Shield.
For the next part of the Tadarok Sanctuary puzzle, you’ll need to return to the reservoir to the right of the chest. Use the ultra arm to retrieve the electrified cube from the water and place it on the ledge above to block the flames.
Now take the original cube and the ice cube. You will want to place an ice cube on top of the original cube and attach them. But you will need to hang it a little by the right edge. It should look like this.
This will allow you to place the cubes in the water and jump onto the ledge.
Now for the hard part: get up on the ledge and use your Ultraarm ability to lift two cubes out of the water and place them on the ledge you’re standing on. Then use the Ultra Arm again to place two cubes on the right edge of the electrified cube that blocks the flames. It should look like this.
This will allow you to use your Ability to climb to climb to the top of the three cubes and jump to the ledge. Once there, you can claim your Light of Blessing and complete the Temple of Tadarok in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
