How to solve the Ryogok Shrine puzzle in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
The Shrine of Tadarok of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is located in the Central Hyrule region. It is located west of Hopper Pond. You’ll have to use different abilities to solve the Force Transfer puzzles.

When you get to Ryogok Temple, you will see a wooden board to the right and some gears in front of you.
Use your own Ultrahand ability to attach the wood to both gears, then hit the small statue on the right with your weapon. This will move the gears and open the gate.

In the next room, you’ll want to grab a hidden chest. It is located on a ledge in the back right corner of the room.
Just take the Ultrahand board and bring it up to your chest. Then attach the board to your chest and pull it down. Open it and you will receive the Mighty Construct Bow.

Back at the Riogok Shrine puzzle, on the other side of the room you’ll see a gear and two platforms.
Detach the board from the chest and place it on the first platform with the ultra arm, then use Ability to climb to climb to the top of the first platform. Then attach the board to the bottom of the second platform so that it stands upright. It should look like this.

Use the Ultrahand to lift the second platform to the top of the ledge and drop down. Then use your climb ability to climb up to the second platform.
Finally, use your Rewind ability on the platform to raise it back up so you can jump onto the ledge. Once you do, you can claim your Light of Blessing and complete the Ryogoku Shrine in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
