Square Enix says it is “working to create our biggest fan festival in Europe” and therefore hopes to avoid long queues for the ticketing process by choosing a random draw instead. Priority for ticket registration will be given to players with an active subscription to FFXIV and a European Square Enix account. You have until March 9 to register your interest and you do not need to buy tickets if you are selected.
Players selected in the drawing will be contacted by Wednesday, March 15th at the email address registered with their Square Enix account. If selected, you will be able to purchase up to two tickets during the exclusive player window, which runs from March 20-26and Square Enix says there will be enough tickets to ensure all selected players can purchase up to two tickets, so you won’t have to rush when you’re selected.
After this exclusive sales period, 2,023 tickets will go on general sale on March 29, although Square Enix points out, “It is possible that the entire supply of tickets may be sold during the exclusive player purchase period, leaving no tickets for the general sale period,” so he recommends that all those interested register their interest now to avoid disappointment.

You will need an ID to enter the event and Square Enix notes that all ticket sales are final. - Exclusive ticket purchase period for players: March 20 at 9am GMT to March 26 at 8am GMT / 9am GMT.
- Total sales period: March 29 from 8am GMT / 9am BST.
You can apply for participation in the lottery through it Square Enix application form. You will need an active FFIXV subscription and a European Square Enix account to apply. Selected players may purchase up to two tickets.
There will be enough tickets on sale during the player exclusive window to ensure that each player who receives the code will be able to purchase both tickets if they wish. Tickets are priced at £159.99 per ticket and Square Enix says all sales are final.
