Role-playing game in the genre of dark fantasy Wolcen: Lords of Mayhem Developer Wolcen Studio has announced that it will be coming to consoles next week. The game will also receive a fourth act to its story, which the studio intends to be the final culmination of the narrative that began with the game’s release back in 2020.
On Twitter, Wolcen Studio confirms that the game will be released on PlayStation and Xbox consoles on March 15, although there is no word on a Switch release. The studio also reveals that Endgame, “the fourth act of the film Wolcen story” will be available as part of the console versions of the game and as a free download for PC players on the same day. Wolcen: Lords of Mayhem was originally released for PC back in February 2020. It’s an action role-playing game set in a “corrupted, crumbling world,” according to the developers, and features a unique rotating skill tree that lets you customize your character however you want. Naturally, since this is an ARPG, you’ll be collecting loot as you play, upgrading your gear and creating a build that suits your playstyle.
You can decide if you want to play Wolcen as a single-player offline RPG, or if you want to head online and try it out with friends or random adventurers. You can pick up Wolcen: Lords of Mayhem on PlayStation and Xbox at launch on March 15. The game is currently available for purchase on PC through both steam and Epic Games Store, and Act 4 of the story will arrive on the same day as the console release for PC players.
