MANILA, Philippines—RJ Abarrientos’ team Ulsan and Ethan Alvano’s Wonju were defeated in the Korean Basketball League on Thursday.
Abarrientos and Ulsan Hyundai Mobis Phoebus lost 92-90 to Seoul SK Knights at Jamsil Student Gym.
Alvano and Wonju DB Promy also went down 88-78 at the Suwon KT Arena at the hands of Suwon KT Sonicboom.
Abarrientos, 22, recorded 13 points, 3 rebounds and 6 assists. Gauge Prim led Ulsan with 24 points and 16 rebounds. Seoul pinned the game with Choi Jun-yong’s 19 points and 6 rebounds.
A constant contributor to Wonju, Alvano only had three points, two rebounds and an assist.
Former Alab Pilipinas guard also conceded four of Wonju’s 16 turnovers.
Mobis Phoebus dropped to 8-5 for third place, while DB Promy dropped to 6-8 for seventh place.
