Without a source or evidence, we cannot confirm the report. However, in a statement to NMEUbisoft declined to “share” any details, noting that “the process is ongoing,” but said: “The Ubisoft publishing group is working on a strategic reorganization of its European subsidiaries.”

Ubisoft has now confirmed that it will be attending E3 this yearfollowing cryptic comments made last week by company boss Yves Guillemault.
