Terror Films has released a trailer for a new horror comedy Subscribersfrom the manufacturers Anna and the Apocalypse and ANIMALS. I’m not usually a fan of found footage movies, but this could be fun. The film is said to have become a tradition go away and Black mirrorand it “brings dark comedy and horror to satirize today’s impressionable generation and brings a new twist to the found footage genre.”
The director of the film was deceased Marcus Harben and to create a true found footage feel, over 70% of the film was shot by the actors themselves. This is the shared synopsis:

Jonty, a failed influencer trying to reach over a million followers, will stop at nothing to become famous. A fresh start at a university hopes to revive his popularity when demons appear in his student house. Jonty decides to experiment on himself and his housemates with this supernatural creature in order to gain the fame and fortune he dreams of. But at what cost?
