The Strength social link is one of many social links in the Persona 4 Golden. Although it is not necessary to complete the game, but increasing the power level to 10 can help a lot P4G players – especially during the first playthrough. Unlike most social links, a Strength Social Link is shared between two characters, not just one.

Kou Ichijo and Daisuke Nagase are optional characters for Strength in Persona 4 Golden. Depending on the protagonist’s choice, either Kou or Daisuke will be the “main focus” of the Social Link. The rewards remain the same, so it doesn’t matter who is chosen. However, as you might expect, the “story” of Strength Social Link is affected by the player’s decisions.

Where to find Kou/Daisuke

Enabled April 19the main character can join basketball team or football team after talking to Moruka on first floor of the educational building. Selection of the basketball team will have Ko; the football team will have Daisuke. Both characters appear in each other’s social links. Strength is actually listed as “Fellow Athletes” instead of “Kou Ichijo/Daisuke Nagase” in the social link menu.

They are available at monday, tuesday, wednesday, saturday, Sunday, and holidays. They are No available at rainy days or during exams. Since they are one of the few social links that are available almost daily, players can power up to level 10 by the mid P4G. Also, Kou or Daisuke will call during holidays to spend the day together, which is a way to get free Social Link points.

Players should consider taking a The person of the mystery of power before spending time with Ku/Daisuke. It will add one extra point to the “best” answers during a social link. The following Persons are Power:

Both versions are rank 1 in power automatic. If players choose Coe/Basketball, they will learn the story of Coe and his adoption. The Daisuke/Soccer choice is light hearted and more about finding out why he doesn’t want to date anyone. Between the two of them, Daisuke has automatic rank, but fewer dialogue options to earn Social Link points. Kou has no auto rank and no more dialogue options. Regardless, the protagonist will have to spend their free time with Strength Social Link to earn enough points to advance to the next rank. They can do this by spending a day with them or get rich with Tatsuhime Shrine (available after May 5).

Like any other rank 10 c P4G, Power Rank 10 automatically. Here you can choose any dialogue option that will not affect the social link. After that, the main character does not need to spend time with them and can focus on other social links.

Reward for passing social links

As a reward, Kou will give the main character Letter to Ku Key element. If Daisuke is selected, he will give Spiked brush Instead, the key element. They allow the protagonist to drain the ultimate form of Arachna’s Power: Zaou-Gongen. Since these are key items, they will be carried over to NG+, allowing the main character to combine Zaou-Gongen without having to use a social link.

Zaou-Gongen is a A level 90 character. He doesn’t need special fusions and only needs two Personas (eg: Surt + Uriel). However, if the main character is not level 90, then Margaret will tell him that he is not strong enough to control Zaow-Gongen and Fusion will be blocked until he reaches level 90 or higher. If Zaou-Gongen is already merged, it can be bought in the Compendium for ¥78,000+ on NG+.

Zaou-Gongen isn’t a good magic attacker, and he isn’t very fast either. His best stats are strength and endurance. His leveling abilities consist mostly of passive skills and one physical ability (ie: Vorpal Blade). His abilities are noteworthy Avoid the physical (triples evasion of physical attacks) and Enduring soul (withstand a fatal attack at 100% HP). Zaou-Gongen also has Marahidine and Fire boosterbut since his magic is generally weak (unless players choose to level up his magic), it’s best leave attacks based on Agi another Persona or Yukiko.
