How to get the shrine sensor in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom
We didn’t think it was possible, but somehow the world of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom is even bigger than the world of BOTW. It’s spread across three large maps, and what’s more, it’s much denser in content. Everywhere you look and go, you’ll find some mystery to solve, some NPC that needs your help, or some hidden location. As exciting as it is, it can also be complex and difficult to navigate. Fortunately, we will have help. At least when it comes to finding shrines – some of them can be very well hidden and unnoticeable. Namely, the Shrine Sensor is back! So what do you need to do to get it?
Without spoiling too much, you will need to complete a series of quests for Robbie. You can find it at Lookout Landing from the beginning with Joshi. The first quest he gives you is called “Operational work in depth”. Once you complete it, the next quest “The Secret of the Deep”.
When you finish Mystery of The Depths, return to Robbie’s workshop at Lookout Landing and talk to him. He will tell you about his plans return to Hateno’s Ancient Tech Lab. You will need to go there too. When you find him there, talk to him and he will add the Zelda TOTK Shrine Sensor to the Purah Pad.
When you complete two quests for Robby, he will open a sensor for you!
Head to Hateno’s Ancient Tech Lab to unlock the Temple Sensor in Zelda TOTK.
