Nintendo released a new one The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom a patch targeting duplication crashes, among other features.
According to the official patch notes, which are republished below, version 1.1.2 addresses an issue that could cause audio to be played at a very high level.
And it fixes an issue that could prevent players from completing the main quest “Camera Operation in the Depths”.

It also addresses several other unspecified issues “to improve gameplay,” Nintendo said.
