Conor McGregor He can be seen cheering for Katie Taylor during the Irish woman’s title fight with Chantelle Cameron in Dublin on Saturday.
With undisputed lightweight titles, Taylor was challenging his British opponent for the undisputed super lightweight belts at 3Arena, and McGregor was there to support his fellow countryman.
The Irishman has publicly supported Taylor for a while, and the former UFC The champion sponsored the event, which centered around his match with Cameron on Saturday, May 20.
He was seen sitting next to boxing promoter Eddie Hearn at 3Arena, where he competed early in his UFC career, and cheering on Irish fighters, including Gary Cully and Dennis Hogan, on the bottom card. Later, she did the same for Taylor during her conflict with Cameron.
McGregor has not raced since July 2021, when he broke his leg in his second consecutive loss to Dustin Poirier. The 34-year-old will return to the Octagon this year to face Michael Chandler. but no date, location or weight class has been confirmed for this fight.
