A colorful and fun journey through 32 different platform levels with beautiful environments and soundtracks. This game from solo developer Josep Monzon is not his first game; however, this is his first foray into the 3D game genre after nearly 13 years of developing many 2D games.
In his own words, his passion is “playing and creating fun and engaging games”, and with the latest move to 3D gaming, it’s safe to say that there’s a whole new set of possibilities to explore and bring to life! For him, game development is a work of craftsmanship, and he likes to be deeply involved in all aspects of development to give the final product a very personal touch. Even though Josep previously worked with 2Awesome Studio as a publisher, to this day seeing his games released on consoles is still one of the highlights of his journey and the excitement never gets old!
Although Rise of Fox Hero is a platformer at its core, Josep also wanted to incorporate combat and puzzle elements to create a more immersive experience for players that takes full advantage of the 3D POV. Perspective is key in the game, and you’ll need to use the fully rotating camera to really get a good look at all the different angles and angles, as well as solve the various puzzles.
