Compound strength: Fires slugs that deal heavy damage to fighters’ shields. Strong against barrier champions.
The Crossbow is worth adding to your collection and will cost you 29 Legendary Shards. Many people consider it to be one of the best weapons in Destiny 2.

Illegally modified holster: hand cannons are ready faster and gain increased accuracy and extra damage.
This is a decent armor stat, especially with two 20s. If you don’t have it yet, or want a version with higher stats than you have, it’s worth it. These are worth picking up as they will pair well with the new abuse catalyst that dropped recently.

Stats are generally decent, but if you need a boost in power, this could be a good option, as Otherworld Eye can be useful for powerful warlock builds.
As always, Xur also sells Hawkmoon and A dead man’s story. This weekend’s bonuses are listed in the right column. Each is worth 125,000 Glimmer, 200 Legendary Shards, one Exotic Cipher, and one Ascendant Shard.

What time does Xur appear?
Xur appears every time Friday at 10:00am PDT / 1:00pm EDT / 6:00pm BST and will remain until Tuesday Destiny 2 weekly reset. The reset takes place on Every Tuesday at 10am PDT / 1pm EDT / 6pm BST.
All Destiny 2 Xur locations
When Xur visits, the map will not show his location. Therefore, players should look for him during weekly visits. Fortunately, it’s not that hard to find because it will always arrive in one of the following three places:
Hangar, Tower
When Zur visits the Tower, he hangs out in the Hangar area. The hangar is the far right part of the map, where you can also find Amanda Holliday, the ship’s master, and Sen-14, who runs the Trials of Osiris. To find Xur in the hangar, enter the open area and immediately head north. You can find it near the stairs at the back of the building.
Winding Cove, EDZ
If Xur is visiting the EDZ, you’ll find him in the Winding Cove area of the map. To reach his location, you should fast travel to this region and head straight north. He will be standing on the edge of a rocky cliff, ready to give out his wares.
Tomb of the Watcher, Nessus
When Xur visits Nessus, he is standing at the top of a large mahogany tree in the Tomb of the Watcher. Find it by fast traveling to the Watcher’s Grave and heading north until you see a tree. The slope for the tree will be on the north side, so find it and follow it to find Agent Nine.
Zur does not change his visits in any particular order, so you may find him in the same place for several weeks in a row.
Destiny 2 Xur Inventory
While Xur’s actual inventory changes each week, the types of goods he carries remain the same each week.
Xur will always have exotic engrams, and you can purchase one each week for 97 legendary shards. You can also get the second one with an Exotic Cypher, which you can earn by getting a quest from Xur and completing objectives. This exotic is guaranteed to be a non-quest exotic that you have not yet discovered as this class. If you already have all the exotics that are not related to the quest, then it is guaranteed to be different from the exotics that you already have.
He also carries a different exotic weapon each visit, which is available for 29 legendary shards.
It will also have one exotic armor for each class, meaning three separate pieces. They will cost 23 legendary shards. Armor items will have set stats, so be on the lookout for weeks when he sells armor with a total stat of 70 or more.
Xur also regularly sells two legendary weapons: the Hawkmoon, an exotic hand cannon, and the Dead Man’s Tale, an exotic scout rifle. Each of these items has a random bonus that doesn’t change throughout the weekend.
Finally, Zur always offers a collection of old legendary weapons and armor with certain randomly assigned traits and characteristics that remain unchanged throughout his visit. Most of these items are hard to find as they are from past seasons. They cost 1000 Glimmer and 50 Legendary Shards.
Exotic quest Cipher
In addition to various exotics, Xur also sells the Exotic Cipher quest. Called the Xenology Exotic Quest, it’s actually a reward that will task you with completing a couple of strikes, gambit matches, or something similar. When you complete the quest, you can purchase an additional exotic engram from Xur. Note that you can only wear one Exotic Cipher at a time, so this quest will not be available to Guardians who already have one.
Who is Xur?
You know what he’s selling, but what about who he really is? Also known as Agent Nine, Xur is a mysterious Jupiter merchant who appears in a different location each week to sell the Warden rare equipment. He has appeared in both Destiny games so far, and while not much is known about him, he claims to have no powers and is only a servant of the Nine.
