If you have an Xbox Live Gold subscription or an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership, you can also access it Anno 1800 Console Edition on Xbox Series X|S through the Xbox Free Play Days event from now until March 24. You can play them all during the free week Year 1800core content, and if you want to continue building your empire after March 23rd, your progress will carry over if you buy the game.
The action takes place during the industrial revolution, Year 1800 allows you to build large cities, create logistics networks, charter expeditions around the world and fight opponents diplomatically, commercially or militarily. Defend your cities, grow your economy, and be ready to adapt to any situation that may arise. Explore the story in campaign mode; customize opponents, victory conditions and difficulty level in sandbox mode; challenge your friends or play co-op in a multiplayer online game.
Anno 1800 Console Edition available in both Standard and Deluxe versions. The Standard Edition comes with the base game and all the free game updates released for the PC version, while the Deluxe Edition adds three cosmetic packs: the Amusements Pack allows you to add amusement parks; the “Pedestrian Zone” set contains a variety of decorative trees and bushes; and the Vibrant Cities Pack provides variety among the usual Old World city buildings. The PC version’s DLC and Season Passes are not planned to be released on consoles, but nine cosmetic packs are already available for purchase, with more coming soon.
